Atul, a post graduate in Social Work from Delhi University, has over 28 years of experience in the field of Human Resource and is fully conversant with various aspects of HRD, Personnel and Industrial Relations.
Atul has worked on various assignments with reputed companies like Delhi Cloth & General Mills, Bongaigaon Refinery & Petrochemical Ltd., Hindustan Organic Chemicals Ltd., Pawanhans Helicopters Ltd., Siemens Information Systems Ltd., and Cap Gemini Ltd. Atul, a well known trainer in the HR fraternity has a flair for public speaking and people management. He is also associated with various prestigious Management Institutes, including ISB at Hyderabad, as visiting facilitator / faculty.
Mrs. Anita Shantaram is the first woman to be certified as Grid Instructor in India after successfully completing the course in USA. She holds a post graduation degree in Industrial Psychology from Bombay University. A faculty member at Sydenham College, Mumbai for (BMS) on Communication skills and Orgnanisational Behavior, she has earlier taught Psychology at Jaihind College, Mumbai. She has been a guest faculty to various Management Institutes and has conducted more than 400 workshops on various management development topics like Interpersonal Relationships, Public Speaking, Customer Service, Interviewing Skills, Time Management, Stress Management, Communication Skills, Written & Spoken English, Transactional Analysis, Self - Development, Presentation Skills, Work-Life Balance and Personal Effectiveness. Her articles have been published in BMA Review and The Times of India. Her first book 'Speak Well Do Well' on public speaking skills has been well received.
Vaishali is a senior learning & development professional with 18 years’ experience in people development across sectors.
She has a degree in science from Mumbai University and holds a post-graduation in Management from Sydenham Institute of Management Studies.
She has successfully facilitated people development initiatives on personal transformation, leadership development, team collaboration and sales effectiveness across various geographies (Europe, USA, South East Asia etc). Adept at creating a robust business aligned learning agenda, leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
