Z-bac is known for its experience and expertise in selecting high quality ‘Outdoor Experts’ who are trained under the guidance of Capt. Swaminathan and then go through a process of certification from Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (HMI), Nehru Mountaineering Institute (NMI), which are both run by the Army. The Outdoor Experts are also trained in First Aid from Red Cross and from fitness and health centers on regular basis. This gives strong credibility to the workforce and all are participants vouch for their expertise, knowledge, conduct and behavior at sites.
